Abstract:
     An electromagnetic range with microprocessor to control zero-cross power is composed of keyboard, indicators, range top, casing and circuit board. Its circuits include microprocessor, zero-cross pulse generator, cooker temp measuring circuit, module overheat measuring circuit, buzzer display, keyboard, controlled switch, rectifier filter circuit, high-frequency oscillator, driver, electric power transform module, energy emitter and DC power supply. Its control features that when main power supply has zero voltage, the zero-cross pulse generator generates a zero-cross pulse, which is received by microprocessor to control the switch by predefined program. Its advantages include low cost, high reliabilty and high electrothermal efficiency.
