Abstract:
    The object of the present invention is to provide a safe heating and cooking appliance. The technique solving scheme is that: a heater 7 is composed of a case member 70, a base 71 composed of heat insulating materials packed in the case member 70 and heat generating members 72 provided in one side surface of the base 71. When the heating operation is carried out by the heat generating members 72, air is supplied to the case member 70 through an introducing hole 73 and discharged through upper surface holes 54. Between the case member for covering the outer shell of a microwave range and the heat generating members 72, the base 71 is provided, so that the heat of the heat generating members 72 is hardly transferred to the case member upon heating by the heat generating members 72.
