Abstract:
    A device for pneumatic conveying and gently dispensing finished shredded tobacco material relates to a tobacco shreds flexible distributor by pneumatic conveying for the cigarette factory. It mainly comprises a cavity allocating tobacco shreds with a cylindrical inwall, a side-draft horizontal sucking port and a blanking port. The cavity allocating tobacco shreds is equipped with a rotary pan collection tobacco shreds, the central axle of which is connected to the output shaft of a motor retarder(1). A conical distributor is equipped between the rotary pan collection tobacco shreds and the blanking port. The central axle of the conical distributor is connected to that of a motor retarder(2). When the finished tobacco shreds enter into the cavity allocating tobacco shreds from the blanking port, it makes use of the centrifugal force from the conical distributor to feeding uniformly to the rotary pan collecting tobacco shreds, and makes use of the side-draft horizontal sucking port to suck the difference component in the long/short tobacco shreds into wind sending pipes connected to the sucking port. It can allocate tobacco shred flexibly in order to decrease the breakaway phenomenon of tobacco components in process that the tobacco shreds is allocated and conveyed, and it can raise the quality of the cigarettes and ecnomic benefit, and reduces production cost.
