Abstract:
     This invention is a method for extraction of nicotine from tobacco. Put tobacco into alkali solution, and put the nicotine into the soak extract, again use the extraction agent to extract out the nicotine, then the acid solution is used for adsorbting the nicotine from extraction agent to obtain nicotine salt solution. Using barium hydroxide for removing the acid root in nicotine salt solution to obtain the water solution of nicotine and purifing the extraction agent is used to obtain the extraction agent saturated with nicotine. Multiple distillation is carried out to the saturated extraction agent, the pure nicotine can be abtained.
