Abstract:
The far-infrared coating used in tobacco flue-curing furnace is made by ball milling commercially available iron oxide red with manganese bioxide, cobalt oxide and copper oxide into powdered form, then adding water glass as binding agent, and sufficient amount of water and finely grinding into paste. The present invention features simple production process, low cost and radiant ratio equal to that of commercial far infrared coating. The said coating mainly used in agricultural tobacco flue-curing furnace, resulting in energy conservation and enhanced tobacco baking quality.
