Abstract:
     The present invention is characterized by that the tobacco sheet is subjected to the random-changed radial and tangential extruding force at the instant during rolling, as a result, the thickness of tobacco sheet is non-uniform and an internal stress is produced. Then the heat radiation whose wavelength, power and radiation strength are in dynamic change is used to remove moisture, further enlarge the internal stress and produce pre-crispation. After having been shredded the tobacco sheet with a certain water content is instantaneously heated in a relatively-closed high-temp. space, so that the internal stress is strongly changed and the thermal deformation impels the tobacco sheet shreds to curl. Then the curled tobacco sheet shreds with high water content are passed through the pressure-release exhaustion treatment, and at the same time the moisture content is quickly escaped, and the tobacco sheet shreds is expanded, and finally cooled it for finalization.
