Abstract:
     This invention relates to the preparation of oral gum for giving up smoking. On the base of replacing cure method of nicotine, an additive is added to reduce the grying feeling of nicotine to the throat and the smell of cigarette changes into insipidity and astringency during smoking, so the determination of giving up smoking of smoker is strengthened. The nicotine content of each piece sugar is the same in a cigarette, but the speed of absorption and deliverance is different, bence the peak gradient of nicotine concentration in blood is greatly reduced as compared with smoking. This oral gum is the effect of pharmacology cure and can not make habituation. This invention uses the large grain cation resin and nicotin to make the oral gum with quick speed to deliver nicotine in case ot chewing bence it is strengthened the pleasure of simulated smoking and is farourable for giving up smoking.
