Abstract:
     This "tobacco leaves fermentation control system" is mainly comprised of computer, control panel, execution mechnanism, and temp. and humidity sensors. The electric signals from fermenting room, which are obtained through sensors and have been converted, go through PID operation and conversion to output deflection signals which drive exceution mechanism for regulating the steam flow in fermenting room and controlling its temp. and humidity. This system can also be connected to the network of central control room to report the daily and monthly steam consumption. The system is perfect, reliable and highly automatic.
