Abstract:
     This invention relates to a method of making tobacco leaf slices to curl for cigarettes, its feature is making slices of tobacco leaf to produce internal stress; after cutting them, the internal streess is rapidly altered under higher temp., then the slices are curled, and making them filiform. The process is in simple, the cost is lower, amount-filling of cut tobacco increases 10% compared with straight filiform cut tobacco, this cut tobacco can be mixed well and has good uniformity, has characterise of that slices of cut tobacco cling to each other, hence it can avoid cigarette to adhere and to mildew. It adopts two srep method of moisture removing, since using common adhesive can also make filiform slices non-breaking under low water-contained condition.
