Abstract:
     This invention manufactures cigarette by use of European sweet foeniculum stems and leaves and/or Asian ordinary foeniculum stems and leaves as materials instead of tobacco containing tobacco smoke alkaloid (popularly called "nicotine") in order to protect health of smokers and reduce harm to their body. During manufacturing, two kinds of foeniculi are not necessary to be mixed for use, and the variety of foeniculum with the convenience of availability may be singularly employed. Since the growth morphology and nature of foeniculum are different from those of tobacco, the manufacturing process can be simplified (the process approximately reduced by one half), and the cost is greatly lowered so that both the smoker and the manufacturer get benefit.
