Abstract:
     This device features the addition of a pressure storage unit and a volume fixed/variable gas tank for storing the gas impregnant released from impregnating container. The pressure stored in the storage unit can be reused for the impregnating container and the gas impregnant is recovered through compression and cooling. The impregnant may be input from the top or bottom of the container. In the top input case, a spray unit may be installed at the top of the impregnating container for impregnating with top spray method. Its advantages include shortened operation time, improved quality and increased quantity of impregnating tobacco, saving power consumption for compression and condensation, and safe and reliable sealing.
