| This invention relates to an improved puffing process for cut tobacco. The technology naimly contains that put the cut tobacco into an immersion container which can auto-open and close operation and immerse 5-15 minutes in liquid CO2, then take out the cut tobacco quickly put it into puffing device, and quickly heat to make puffing rate of the cut tobacco up to 85-105%. In the technology of immersion and puffing, there is a CO2-recovery system to keep the CO2 circulating use. The technology adventages of enhancing the puffing rate of cut tobacco, reducing the productive cost, reducing the contect of tar and nicotine in smoke gas, improving the taste, overcoming the shortcoming of high energy consumption, expensive gas source, difficult recovery in prior arts, and without environmental pollution. | |||
