Abstract:
     The present invented technology is that the mechanical baked hot tabacco bags with its water content of 10-13% and temp. at 40-70 deg.C are put on the stacking base bedded with floor membrance, and then the beat preservation, noisture absorption and dew removal materials, and mat reels are covered and hung all around about the stack and placed flatly on the top of stack separately. The tobacco stack is covered with thin film face guard to maintain the temp. at 10-70 deg.C, water of 10-13%, oxygen of 14-20% in the stack, and to reach the aim of natural alcoholization of tobacco within 6-8 months. Its installation is simple, investment is low, colour and lustre of tobacco is good, and it avoids and reduces the mildewing and moth-eaten losses due to long time storage, and the crushed tobacco losses in case of turnover of stack.
