Abstract:
     This invention discloses a method and device for automatic controlling of weighing and measuring during perfume-spraying for cut tobacco. A weighing-measuring method and device for controlling perfume consumption in terms of flow capacity transformed from pressure are provided. The method and device are independent of perfume's variation in viscosity and sp. gr., and are capable of highly accurately measuring and controlling slight flow capacity for various perfumes to assure an even perfuming to cut tobacco. A plugging-preventing cover installed can effectively protect the spray-head from being plugged by the rolling cut tobacco. The said method and device may offer accurate measuring and controlling even as the flow capacity is merely 2 kg/hr.
