Abstract:
     This productive method uses the waste materials of sun-cured red tobacco as its raw materials, such as the tobacco dust, stem and sheep. Through the processes of water extraction, concentration and alcohol deposition, a sun-cured tobacco extract is made up. At the same time, in order to increase the content of nicotine in the tobacco extract, the nicotine gas generated on concentration goes through such processes as condensation, strong acid resin exchange and acidification to prepare a nicotine sulfate which is then added into the tobacco extract for use together. The method has the advantages of simple technology, less nicotine loss and safe production.
