Abstract:
     This invention adopts the trace elements selenium and zinc which can give benefit to human body as agent to reduce the quantity of the content of tar and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon which produced during the burning course of cigarette. The effect is rather evident. At the same time, it lifts up the level of selenium and zinc inside the smoker's body and strengthens the smoker's epidemic prevention obility against certain diseases. The contents of the cigarette compound additive are zinc acetate and sodium selenite. Its additional percentage to the cut tobacco are 1-4% and 0.0001-0.0003% by wt. separately. The compound procedure is convenient and suitable for cigarette production industry in our country. It doesn't change the original colour and fragrance basically. It has the characters of low cost and convenient for popularization.
