Abstract:
     Sweeting process of cigarette tobacco includes distillation of tobacco at high temp. of 80-100 deg.C in fermantaiton pot, and different stages of heating to perform vapor collection and vapor release treatment of water vapor vaporized from tobacco. By this process, time for sweeting is shorter, the tobacco after treatment can not only retain the luster and decrease poisonous materials, mult-phenol, but also decrease water-intimate naterials like nitrogen, cyanogen, chlorine, sulphur and scorch oil contents which lower the quality of tobacco, and by increasing quantity of water solvable sugar, we will have the performance of decrease of poisonous influence, increase of perfume and normality of colour. Through this process, low class cigarettes as well as high class cigarettes, can rise 2 ranks from the original class.
