Abstract:
     A communication apparatus and a conference apparatus are provided which are able to take a picture of a speaker automatically and correctly. A sound analyzer selects a speaker correctly. A voiceprint authentication portion authenticates whether or not a voiceprint of the speaker is registered. When the selection of the speaker and the voiceprint authentication coincide an imaging direction adjusting portion drives a TV camera on the basis of the previously registered condition.
