     Cementing and screw fixing cast shaped objects are prepare for sound box. Weight percent of material constituents for sound box are as following: unsaturated polyester resin 28-60%, macromolecule fiber 1-10%, padding 30-65%, accelerant 0.14-1.2%, solidifying agent 0.14-1.2%, and defoaming agent 1-5%. Macromolecule fiber and preparation procedure including vacuum stirring and vacuumizing after cast makes the sound box possesses advantages: good toughness of material, no air hole inside material, not leaking sound, high sound quality and high fidelity.
