Abstract:
    A vibration reed, is largely that after the metal wire and the yarn are twisted together into a metal yarn, the metal yarn is used to weave a material which can create the specail vibration reed for speakers, then mold the material into the vibration reed such as a spring wave or drum paper etc. by the appropriate processing program, the intensity of the vibration reed can be significantly increased through the vibration reed structure containing metal wire, while the product yield and slitting-resistant effect can also be increased when manufacturing the vibration reed; the metal wire and the yarn can be twisted and mixed in various forms according to the objective needs in the design, therefore the same or different strength and flexibility are obtained.
