Abstract:
     The method is to coacervate a transparent finish layer of PDCPX membrane of about 20 micrometre thick on the matrix of the transducer back pole or aluminium plate to be punched into the elemens of back pole by PDCPX as primary material of electret in gaseous coacervating way. The method has solved the present technical difficulty of manufacturing the electret back poles of high fidelity transducer, and can manufacture complex geometry electret back poles and provides multipoint corona polarization method of inhibiting polarization edge clamp.
