| The product is made up by firstly soaking the food granules such as common cereals, bean granules which can keep stability under basic condition in the water solution of basic puffing agent and then drying up. Owing to the food granules containing the puffing agent, so that there is no need of puffing equipment, the puffed food can be made up by stir-baking on slow fire.
