Abstract:
     A strongly cross-linked green rice is made up through such technological steps as preparing chlorophyll paste having natural green colour from magnesium or iron salt of chlorophyllin and 95% solution of alcohol (sucking wavelength is 366-781 nm), homogenizing the mixture of rice and obtained chlorophyll paste forming a layer of cross-linked chlorophyll salt coating on the surface of rice grains, and drying. Its cooked rice features rich nutrients, natural green colour, delicious taste and agreeable refreshing fragrance.
