Abstract:
    The present invention relates to an extrusion die giving a two-component product, which is placed at the downstream side of a twin-screw or single-screw extrusion cooker or extrusion system having divided compartments. The outlet port of an inlet channel of a component is provided with a) a 1st section having a star-shaped cross-section and extended from the upstream-side to the downstream-side of the feeding pipe of a core component, a 2nd section having a longitudinal opening for accepting the 2nd component and a 3rd section to join the above two components; b) a distributor encircling the 1st section to form a chamber and accepting the 2nd component through the longitudinal opening; and c) a nozzle encircling the 3rd section and formed by extending the distributor and reducing the volume of the chamber for accepting the 2nd component.
