Abstract:
     The present invention provides a kind of high efficient energy-saving starch dextrinizing and liquifying continuous type spray gun for the starch deep processing trade. The structure is mainly composed of oharging port, discharging port, steam inlet, gun casing and spraying inner cavity and is assembled by welding. The spraying inner cavity structure of the liquefaction gun is composed of 3-10 concentric, reducing opposed umbrella shape liquifying cavity sections, there are 6-31 constant or different diameter (1-3mm) through holes with different angles (15-60 deg) on the wall of cavity of one end of the opposed umbrella shape liquifying cavity section. Said liquefaction gun features high efficient, raising the utilization factor of raw material, saving energy and liquifying time, and raising the product quality.
