Abstract:
     The invented machine is composed of stuffing feeder, bag shaped wrapper and composing unit and cutting and ball-kneading unit. On the basis of the existent helical type machine for making steamed bread, a stuffing feeder is added and its extrusion screw shaft is changed into a hollow one to make the extruding chamber change into composing chamber. A long tube on the terminal end of stuffing feeder passes through the hollow screw shaft to form a composing mechanism of the bag wrapper and stuffing-feeding at the terminal end of the composing chamber, with the outer diameter of the end portion of the long tube and the outlet. It is fed into the cutting and ball-kneading unit, where the stuffing has been filled in the ball-shaped food. Since different raw material for the wrapper can be used, so various kinds of food containing stuffing can be made with the invented machine.
