Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a rolled sea-tangle food. Said food is a green rolled food which is made up in the form of double-layer opposite-side roll by rolling cooked salted fresh sea-tangle, and on the rolled food also there are stitches sewed up along the axial direction or radial direction of the roll with a non-toxic odourless material. The invented rolled sea-tangle food is made up by using fresh and tender cooked and salted sea-tangle as raw material and making it pass through such steps of boiling in water, cooling, trickling, salt-mixing, salting, dewatering, sheet-making and rolling up. Said food keeps the color, smell and taste of raw sea-tangle, and its mold is beautiful and dignified. Besides, it is sewed and tied with calabash rib, so that its nutrient value can be richened.
