Abstract:
     The said instant noodles have ingredients including black bean flour, naked oat flour, corn flour, millet flour, coix flour, hedgehog hydnum flour, wheat flour, tremella and carrot, and are produced through flour milling, forming and cooking, and hot-wind desiccation.
