Abstract:
     The invented apparatus consists of a table bed equipped with driving device, on said table bed the dough roller, dough sheet shaper, stuffing supplier, daugh sheet combination roller and noodles cutter are installed in order. The dough is rolled into flat sheet by dough roller, several parallel grooves are formed on the flat sheet by the dough sheet shaper, said grooves are filled with stuffing by the stuffing supplier, another flat dough sheet is covered on said stuffing filled sheet and two sheets are combined into a whole by the dough sheet combination roller, at last the noodles are cut out by noodles cutter. It is very novel and practice.
