| The present invention relates to a production process of instant won-ton. Its main technical scheme is as fallows: the flour is mixed with salt and water, and a proper quantity of CMC food additive, and then the above-mentioned materials are rolled into thin sheet, and the fresh meat is minced with various flavouring materials added, and they are mixed and stirred, and then the obtained dough sheet and meat paste are made into a raw blank of won-ton which is steamed in a steamer for 5-10 min. and then is fried and dewatered, so that the obtained won-ton and its soup blend are placed in a composite plastic bag together, and vacuum-pumped and sealed, so that the invented instant won-ton can be made up. | |||
