Abstract:
     This invention provides an industrialized production process for Mihua tea. This process includes:steaming and cooking the rice into paste, frying it and removing the defective products to obtain the Mihua which is expanded and loose rice, then mixing it with finished green-tea at the ratio of (45%-55%):(55%-45%) to get the Mihua tea. The process is simple, which could ultilize the tea-making equipment. The Mihua tea is convenient to infuse and steep, has the good taste of frying rice, the color of its soup is green-yellow and bright. It helps to digest, eliminate stomach distention, retention of food and indigestion etc. diseases. It's a health-care drink.
