     The present invention produces cup-type instant food by using milk product and other nutrient food as material and through the steps of material proportioning, addition of sugar, flavours and other additive, mixing, cooling, slicing and weighing, filling into cup, drying, vacuum shrinking, film packing, etc. Owing to the in-cup natural swelling techn used, the said food may be taken without cup, and owing to the film packing, it is easy in carrying about. The instant food may be produced into instant drink when a special technologic process is used and it may be produced in different flavour.
