Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method for making rice-flour noodles, including such processing technology consisting of soak cleaning rice, dewatering, kneading, twice screw extruding, length cutting, putting in order, drying, packaging and obtaining finished product. It mainly uses pressure kneader, twice screw extruder, length cutting machine, conveying auto-drying machine etc. so as to reduce the procedures of cooking, etc.. and impelement automatic mass production of high-quality rice-flour noodles.
