Abstract:
     The invented stuffed bun is made through such technological steps as removing hair and fat meat from pork-skin, washing, boiling it to be half-cooked, mincing, addition of water, boiling it into paste, addition of flavouring, mixing, cooling, freezing it into skin jelly, mincing pork, addition of flavouring and water, mixing it into paste, mixing the said paste, skin jelly and other stuffing together, making wrapper from dough and soda, wrapping the filling into bun, and quickly freezing at -25 deg.C.
