Abstract:
    The invention relates to a method for sending and receiving wireless signal. Wherein, when the user chain quality is lower than preset low threshold value, using the idle time slit of other carrier waves relative to the user initial carrier wave in local region to grouped send/receive the signal of said user; when the user chain quality is higher than preset up threshold value, releasing the time slit of other carrier waves occupied by said user. The invention also provides a relative system. The invention can save network resource and improve user chain quality.
