Abstract:
    The invention relates to a coming call limiting device of a portable terminal and a method thereof, the device is composed of following structures: a control unit of the portable terminal records a telephone number information accessed by an input/output part in a telephone book, sets groups to manage, and sets a coming call permitting group and a controlling calculagraph unit, so as to record/manage and display by using a leaving coming call catalogue or a not reading message catalogue in an allocation region of a memory unit, in the case of a call is comed besides of the coming call permitting group during the period of an inputted coming call. The invention is only directed to a selected called from the group member and which is recorded in the telephone book of the portable terminal to genearte a coming call signal, thereby the invention can be effectively applied in the surrounding circumstance. Also, a call information reveived in a coming call limiting period is recorded and managed by the leaving coming call catalogue or a message with a non reading state, so as to enable an user to validate it thereafter and to increase the convenience of the usage.
