Abstract:
    The invention relates to a non-answered incoming call processing method, and relative communication system and user end, used to improve the accuracy that user restart the call. Wherein, said method comprises that caller user starts the call; if the called user not receives the call, the called terminal generates the non-answered incoming call record; when the called user first checks said record, the called terminal sends non-answer incoming call inquire information to the caller terminal. The inventive system comprises: caller terminal used to start call to the called terminal and receive the non-answered incoming call check information; and called terminal used to generate the non-answered incoming call record and send non-answered incoming call check information to the caller terminal.
