Abstract:
    During the subscriber end accesses the network, node B finds that the signal testing value is greater than its rating max value (RMV). The method reports the mapping RMV to the wireless network controller (WNC). After the subscriber has built comm., WNC dispatches the report value related to the mapping RMV. The node B will starts service according to the 2nd RMV, which is greater than the RMV and less than the max value of service range of node B. This invention realizes the cell wider cover without changing the recent protocol. A system enlarging cell cover range is disclosed as well.
