Wherein, it comprises mobile phone, mobile payment card reader, base station, operator charging server, and band account; user can read the mobile phone information from the mobile payment card reader provided by cashier; the reader sends charging request to the base station; the base station sends charging request to the operator charging server; the server receives request and charges the consumption from the left sum of mobile phone, and feedbacks charge success message to the base station; the base station feedbacks charge success and charged consumption messages to the mobile phone. The invention has wide application.
