Abstract:
     An asparagus peeler features at least two-stage feeding wheels after conveying belt, being two press wheels for each, knife stand between two stages of feeding wheel, and optical transmitter and receiver respectively arranged at knife stand and second stage of feeding wheel to control the movement of knife for peeling asparagus. The said peeler has simple structure, light weight and low requirement in mechanical fitting precision.
