Abstract:
     The nuts to be shelled are put in a high-pressure environment to raising the internal pressure of the nuts until the external and internal pressures of the nuts are balanced. the external pressure is then quickly lowered to ordinary one, and the shell is cracked due to the pressure difference between outside and inside of nut, thus attaining shelling goal. Such method features high shelling efficiency, complete obtained kernel and thorough separation of kernel and shell.
