Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a production method of protein powder feedstuff which uses the distillers' grains-by-product in food brewing industry as the raw material and its special equipment. Its production method mainly includes natural precipitation, filtering dewatering, extruding dewatering, grinding filtration residue and air-flow drying dewatering. Its extrusion equipment consists of general hydraulic press and filtering bag and its air-flow drying equipment comprises hot-air oven, blower, vertical drying band and cyclone. Said invention features small investment in installation, low energy consumption, therefore it can relatively decrease productive cost.
