Abstract:
     The invented method for the production of raw juice or concentrated juice of phyllanthus emblica includes such technological steps as selection and washing of raw fruit, breaking, extrusion, coarse filtering, clarification, refine filtering, sterilization, concentration and packaging. It uses following equipment: fruit sorter and washer, breaker, extruder, coarse and fine filters, clarifying tank, sterilizer and concentrating pot. The obtained juice has high nutrients and vitamine C contents, the taste of original fruit, and disease-preventing and heath-care function.
