Abstract:
     The system comprises pulverizing mill, agitator, suction fan, collector and flow regular which are connected successively with pipeline. The flow regular includes a cylinder with a closed and inclined bottom, a regulating valve and an airway. A feeding inlet and a discharging outlet are on the upper and lower part of the cylinder, and the airway is in the center of the cylinder with its lower end stretched outside. The regulating valve is set at the vicinity of the upper end of the airway. Using the invention, there is no loss of forage, thus no pollution to the environment.
