Abstract:
     This wet skinning machine for beans is composed of material storage hopper, charging hopper, skinning roller, skin discharging troughs, floatation tank, separator, friction wheel, motor and machine frame. Based on hydraulic principle, the mixture of bean skin and skinned beans are primarily separated in floatation tank in a swir/mode and then sorted in separator to realize their separation. The machine features wide application range, less power loss, high skinning rate and better separation effect.
