Abstract:
     This invention relates to a fruit-vegetable decorticating agent for decorticating the fruit with thin skin and the vegetables with skin more easily. It is a mixed aqueous solution of caustic alkali (1-20%) and alkali metal-salt (0.5-15%) and features low cost, easy preparation, convenient use, high adaptibility, good decortication effect, high yield ratio of net fruit and vegetable, and very small loss of nutrients in fruit and vegetable.
