Abstract:
     This invention is related to an automatic production line for peeling the testae of peanuts. It is composed of material warehouse, electric driven rotating valve, pretreatment tank, pneumatic control expansion valve, high pressure pneumatic feeding pipe, collecting box, soft integument remover, high pressure air pipe, separator, electronic belt balance and micro-computer controlling system. The product obtained from the automatic production line is raw peanut kernel without testae. Its byproduct-peanut testae is raw material for medicine preparation.Besides, the said automatic production line has the merits of low cost, saving energy, high degree of automaticity, and convenient for repairing, etc.
