Abstract:
     The present invention is related to an automatic peeler for Aspargus spears, consisting of a feeding mechanism, a clamping and releasing mechanism, and a peeling mechanism. The automatic operation of various parts is controlled by an electronic brain, only the action of delivery of Aspargus spears into the clipper of the feeding mechanism is manual. Thus the feeding direction of curved Aspargus spears can be dominated to avoid clamping damage.
