| The invention is ralated to a cutting tool, a couple of parallel knife. They are 3-10 mm apart, the edge is higher than the bed of knife. The soaked broad bean is horizontally put on the end of double edges, while the other end is pressed and rubed with hand. The bean rolls along the knife edges and the skin is cut from two ends, the middle part of skin is remained. The treated broad beans are deep fried, mixed with condiment.
