Abstract:
     The present invention offers a mechanical device for fruits (plum, apricot, peach etc.) carving and kernal taking to make traditional food with particular flavour and artistic form. The device consists mainly of the following parts: frame, base, feeding mechanism, horizontal cutter head and vertical knife tool etc. The working efficiency is 10 sec. for each, which is 15 times higher than manual operation. The hole of kernal taking is 8-10 mm in dia.. The figures includes lantern chrysanthemum, V-shaped chrysanthemum, twisting thread chrysanthemum etc. The whole machine wts. 81 kg. The processing cost is lower than that of manual operation. It is sanitary and safe.
